The midyear revisions of our 2024 Alabama REALTORS® Legal Forms are here! We've revised nine existing forms and introduced two distinct versions of our Transaction Brokerage Agreement—one tailored for buyers and another for sellers. These updates are compliant with NAR's new rules and enhance consumer understanding.
For Members
If you are an active AAR member, log in using your member credentials to access the 2024 Legal Forms Library page. Once there, you can download the forms and access educational content, such as training videos and webinars, for free.
For Non-Members
