October 29, 2026
The 2026 Alabama REALTORS® Annual Conference was one for the books! More than 300 members from across the state gathered at The Grand Hotel Golf Resort & Spa in scenic Point Clear on October 19–20 for two days of professional development, networking, celebration and connection.
This year’s conference offered something for everyone, blending valuable industry insights with opportunities to build relationships, recognize outstanding members and celebrate the future of Alabama real estate.
Alabama REALTORS® Foundation Cornhole Tournament
The conference kicked off Monday with the fourth annual Alabama REALTORS® Foundation Cornhole Tournament. The event brought members together for some friendly competition while supporting the Foundation’s mission to assist real estate professionals in need.
More than 20 teams competed for the top spot as spectators cheered on their favorites. The crowd also enjoyed the return of the costume contest, which invited players and spectators to vote for their favorite team look. Congratulations to Dedra Cabaniss and her group, who took home the costume award for their creative portrayal of the castaways from Gilligan’s Island!
In tournament play, Kyle Finley and Brock Riley claimed first place, followed by RaJane Johnson and Stephen Johnson in second place and Chris Wood and Patrick Warren in third place.
Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make this year’s tournament a success. We’re already looking forward to next year’s competition!
