Statewide REALTOR® membership continued its positive momentum in July, reaching 18,721 members. This represents an increase of 375 members, or 2.04%, compared to July of last year.

Across all membership categories, Alabama REALTORS® now has 18,869 total members, reflecting a year-over-year increase of 293 members, or 1.58%.

Membership growth was recorded in 14 of Alabama's 23 local associations.

According to the most recent comparison data available from the National Association of REALTORS®, Alabama's membership stands at 18,157, representing a 0.04% increase over the previous month.

Among medium-sized state associations, Alabama currently ranks 6th for membership growth. Arkansas REALTORS® reported the highest growth rate at 1.31%.
