Statewide REALTOR® membership continued its positive momentum in June, reaching 18,701 members. This represents an increase of 433 members, or 2.37%, compared to June of last year.

Across all membership categories, Alabama REALTORS® now has 18,855 total members, reflecting a year-over-year increase of 364 members, or 1.96%.

Membership growth was recorded in 12 of Alabama's 23 local associations.

According to the most recent comparison data available from the National Association of REALTORS®, Alabama's membership stands at 18,149, representing a 0.18% increase over the previous month.

Among medium-sized state associations, Alabama currently ranks 6th for membership growth. Washington REALTORS® reported the highest growth rate at 0.68%.
