Statewide Membership
August has shown a decline of 253 members, bringing statewide REALTOR® membership to 18,512, a 1.35% fall since the same period last year.
Overall year-over-year membership experienced a decline in August of 2025, with a decrease of 239 members, representing a 1.26% decrease since the end of August last year. Overall membership is currently at 18,743.
Local Membership
Alabama REALTORS® is experiencing growth at nine out of twenty-three boards with double-digit growth at one of those boards.

- Montgomery Area: 1.23%
Medium Boards
- Calhoun County: 2.86%
- East Alabama Board: 6.29%
- Lake Martin Area: 23.39%
- Marshall County Board: 3.46%
- Northeast AL Board: 6.25%
- Shoals Association: 5.94%
Small Boards
- St. Clair Board: 8.86%
- Talladega Board: 9.62%
National Membership
