Over 100 Alabama REALTORS® attended the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) Annual Conference in Boston, MA, held November 6–11, 2024. Members enjoyed networking opportunities, educational sessions, and explored exhibitor offerings at the EXPO.

To kick off the event, Alabama REALTORS® President Senia Johnson welcomed members from across the state and region at the Alabama Welcome Reception. Later in the week, NAR installed its 2025 Leadership Team, led by President Kevin Sears. Notable moments from the conference included insights from NAR Chief Economist Lawrence Yun, who provided an outlook on the residential housing market.

During the conference, Alabama REALTOR® of the Year, Tina Terry, was honored for her exceptional service and dedication. Congratulations to Tina on this well-deserved recognition!

Additionally, the NAR Board of Directors, chaired by Alabama National Board Chair Hal Tillman, met to approve the 2025 NAR budget and other governance recommendations. Alabama is represented by 13 members on the NAR Board, who work to make decisions on behalf of REALTORS® nationwide. The NAR special report highlighting these motions can be found here.
